Outbound caller id never updates on Aquarius network
I have been trying for months to have my outbound caller id show my name. My settings show the correct outbound CNAM yet calls still show up as anonymous. Can anyone tell me how to get the Aquarius network to update their database? Is there anything else I can do? I have called PP customer service repeatedly regarding this problem.
You can adjust the outbound CNAM from block or unblock under the service settings page. If that is already toggled then there might be an issue with the databases that the phone companies reference. If you can PM me your account info I can do some digging and see if there are any discrepancies.
