[TWC] Southern Tier RR Internet Issue

I have a Ubee Modem.

Boot Code Version : 1.1.2b
Software Version : 2.105.5001
Hardware Version : 1.3
Cable Modem : DOCSIS 1.0/1.1/2.0 Compliant

I have been experiencing A LOT of drop connection/timeouts/resets. Time Warner Tech support tier 1 and 3 stated they have seen in just the last 7 days alone several resets about 56 total.

They replaced the line and connections at the pole, a new line from the pole to the junction box, from the junction box directly to the modem. We have basic cable so in the junction box a cable goes to a splitter which then splits into two TVs without cable boxes.

They have been here three times in 4 weeks, and this last time on Thursday July 5th is when they changed the new lines.

We are at a loss. I've replaced the modem when it first occurred almost 4 weeks ago, and am at a lost as to how to fix it. I'm waiting on a call from the technical supervisor to see what our next options are. The tier 3 stated the lines of my neighbors etc, look good and all their connections have not dropped. I'm not sure what the issue is.

Could it be the modem again? I have a linksys wireless router plugged into it, and the linksys replaced my netgear I had hooked up. I'm very frustrated with this issue and want it fixed. What can I do on my end to resolve this issue? I'll send whatever packets or logs or whatever it is you need to help me resolve this issue. Below is the most recent log for the modem.

I assume bases on the firmware version you are showing it's a Ubee U10C018.

There were some connection issues experienced in Rochester on that firmware. If you want to get a hold of me privately I can address that issue for you with a different firmware version.
