I guess FIOS counts as fiber but with a contract, not symmetrical speeds and not avail at 1Gbps either!  |

I'm guilty as charged since I'm spoiled with my 'socialist' fiber to the home install thru a muni at $45/month for 100Mbps symmetrical...sigh!  |
