Shaw internet down?

hannahkeah @sfu.ca	Shaw internet down? I heard that the internet, phone systems are down in Calgary area due to an expostion at Shaw Court in Calgary. I'm in Vancouver Burnaby area, and my internet is not working since today morning. Is it because of the incident in Calgary? I'm not sure... I can't even contact Shaw customer resolution team since there phone system is also down... this is driving me nuts

birzo @shawcable.net	reply to hannahkeah I'm in your area as well and had no internet connection this morning. I disconnected the cables on the back of the modem and then attached them a few minutes later and everything was back to normal. Give it a try, you never know.
