[Connectivity] Consistent Packetloss

Ok, I'm at my wits end here. I called Comcast support only to have the woman tell me she'll schedule a tech to come out and take a look at my modem, etc. About 2 days ago I started experiencing consistent packetloss while gaming, about every 2-3 seconds. Latency to a NY server from Atlanta is, on average for me, around 60ms. The latency will jump to anywhere from 110-200ms and 1-10% PL, consistently.

Below I've pasted a ss of my modem's status. While I'm fairly technically savvy, I'm not too well versed in the area of the required Down/Upstream power and frequencies.

Any input and help would be excellent. I'm going nuts.

Your downstream power levels are too high and the SNR is too low. You definitely need to let the tech have a look at your line and find out what's going on.

I'll add that the upstream / return power is borderline high as well and that the power levels are out of balance compared to each other. Do you have a cable amplifier on the line ?

Double post.

No cable amp, simply a cable line running from the wall to my modem, no splicer.
