| Cricket doesnt honor they pay card from Wal-mart!DONT USE CR I started my Cricket broadband wireless 6 months ago and I have ALWAYS purchased a $50.00 Cricket prepaid card from Walmart. Every month it is a issue trying to add the money to my account for my internet access. I am usually on the phone over an hour trying to get a representative. For the last 7 hours over a 2 day span, speaking with 5 different representative and receiving 5 different answers, I am still unable to apply my $50.00 Cricket paycard to my account. The website is useless, the service representative are useless and when I asked to speak with a member of management, I was flatly refused and told they do NOT give out that information. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and I highly suggest you do not use them for anything-unless your itching to have a stroke or heart attack!!! |
