There could be an issue with whatever access point your router was picking up. If you see "cablewifi" you can use that, just pick Cablevision from the list of providers.

It doesn't show it in your "saved" networks, or in "Available" networks? As said above, it may now read cablewifi, or it may have been a marginal signal that dropped by overcrowded wireless channels. You can always contact CV with the precise AP information (if it's the last access point you connected to then they can probably find it easily) & symptoms (SSID missing, unable to auto-connect, unable to authenticate, etc) and they can help you troubleshoot or escalate as appropriate.
