I ended up calling Verizon. I found out they are there until 9PM today. Got a live person in minutes. Very helpful.
I was told that when my original 2 year agreement discounts ended on June 13, for some reason, the new discounts didn't kick in.
The tech adjusted my bill back to $125 on the spot.
