Upload speed has remained fairly consistent around 400 kbps on the 'spot beam' that feeds Eastern Ontario. There was a slowdown on both upload and download streams from July 1 to 12. I am now using the JD Automated Speed Tester '»www.gmwsoftware.co.uk/' in addition to Testmy.net.
