va @comcast.net	va Anon 2012-Jul-15 12:39 pm Arris tg862 extreme 50 I have a Arris TG862 modem for the extreme 50. How can i turn off the wifi so i can get nat1 instead of getting nat2 while using the ethernet port. Is this possible with the Arris TG862 to turn off the wifi?

pclover join:2008-08-02 Santa Cruz, CA	pclover Member 2012-Jul-15 5:34 pm It should be. Do you want to use your own router? You can call Comcast and tell them to put your 862G into bridge mode but you will need a router for it to work with many PC's unless you only have one.
