[Sci-Fi] Fringe: Season Five Final Air Date AnnouncedFox has released the news that Fringe will meet its end on January 18, 2013.
Concluding with a special two-hour event, the Fringe finale marks the series 100th episode, as well as setting the series as the second-longest scripted sci-fi program the notoriously fickle Fox network has ever aired, after The X-Files (which ran for 9 seasons).

I'll miss the show, but at least they planned for its demise to give us some kind of closure. |

BUT, full props to the writers who have landed us in a "new world" but continue to give us excellent episodes that are both entertaining and thoughtful. I will SO miss this show. -- ♬ Music is life ♬ |

| Yeah, they've done a great job so far with the fifth season. So far I think it's the best season yet. I just got caught up and omg they killed Etta! Re: [Sci-Fi] Fringe: Season Five stories involving time always get interesting.... if they change things in their now, which is their actual future, does that effect their past, and therefore their own future?

| reply to DarkLogix Fox typically doesn't release anything to hulu or it's own website for at least 7 to 9 days after airing. Their reason is because they want the rental, paid money before letting the "free" watchers get to see it. One reason why Fox programming is the most pirated out there. -- Is a person a failure for doing nothing? Or is he a failure for trying, and not succeeding at what he is attempting to do? | Didn't really care for the whole acid trip thing. Really just seemed hokey and out of place. Like they just threw that in there for the hell of it. Smh...

Wily_OnePremium join:2002-11-24 San Jose, CA | reply to Alpha Phoenix Walter has always been on the edge of sanity, and in his case I think the drugs help him keep sane, if that makes sense. Walter is not only fighting the Observers, he's fighting to get back the information they erased from his mind and at the same time fighting to keep the old Walter from taking over. |
