I presently have Pale Moon 12.2.1 installed (which was created to help the Flash problems with Firefox). I then installed Flash 11.3.300.257 in Pale Moon and IE 8. It seems to be working fine. If there aren't any security fixes in the latest Flash, I don't feel the need to install it, especially since it doesn't appear to correct all the problems it caused.
