| Goodbye ViaTalk Well, it was a fun run for 4 or so years, but the upgrapes you made to your infrastructure earlier this year made service with you hit or miss. Every ticket I submitted to fix a problem only uncovered a new problem.
I will say that overall you had great service, but you really should stick with the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality. New features in the CP and things like that are OK, but major infrastructure upgrades, which can be impossible to to test on a large scale before rolling to production (esp in a network as diverse as yours, with VT ATAs, BYOD, etc), is something else entirely.
I will keep my eyes on this forum and hopefully your reliability will improve to it's post-sunrocket, pre-2012-upgrape levels, and if so, I may add yours as a second line in my home again.
