| 2 DVRs - One Says "unauthorized" i have 2 dvrs. when selecting free on demand shows from one of them, i get a cobol style overlay message on the tv screen with a notice about the set top box is unauthorized. it tells me a number to call at my "cable company" and the device ID.
before i call the "cable company" is there anything i can try at home beforehand? rebooting didn't work.
i have no problems with the other DVR.
