SiliconDust HDHomePrime with a CC & a Cisco STA 1520 TA

I'm new here and I searched the forums but I didn't find a solution.

I have BHN Hillsborough, and I recently installed a SiliconDust HDHomePrime with a CC. The tech was out for a 2nd day in a row, and he installed a Cisco STA 1520 TA. The problem that we were trying to address was that I have large, seemingly random segments of programming missing(I have a spreadsheet showing what I get, should get, and don't get if that would help). The TA didn't seem to change anything. There are all sorts of diagnostics available through the HDHomePrime device page, but I'm not sure what most of it means.

Can any of you point me in the right direction for getting this resolved?

Apparently, the solution is to wait about 24 hours.

I think that Cisco SDV need a TA for each 2 tunners do you have 2 SDV tunners?

It is my understanding that they upgraded it to handle 4 tuners with the previous firmware update. Version 1301 was 2 tuners, 1402 upgraded to 4, and I've been updated to 1501.
