POLR

at&t helped write a bill that died in Indiana to get out from under Provider of Last Resort. If it had passed, telcos could have told any pots customer at anytime, that they choose not to serve them and to find another provider. I would bet that it is revived again in 2013 for another round. If these type of bills get through, telcos have no reason to provide pots to any one requesting service. Why offer limited profit pots, when you can offer high profit wireless?
