What? Am I the only one that's disgusted with this business practice? When did this become commonplace? They should be embarrassed of themselves. I would be. Why can't they just handle their business like everyone else does. Would it ever be OK in any other business to drag your customers in to the middle of a dispute with what essentially is a dispute between a manufacturer and a distributor.
