Verizon keeps sending re-furbished/broken droids for replace
We've been in a loop some time now. The initial Droid they sent was defective at our contract sign up. Every subsequent droid replacement they send is a re-furbished droid and is still broken. We've been through so many different model/manufacturer droids and were still left without experiencing the real "DROID" experience. Any suggestions to motivate Verizon support to just send a "new" phone? It would seem they're just dragging us along in this game until warranty is up, and were just left with a fudged up DROID phone
