[Rant] Stay away from Buytopia
These guys and Dealfind are the two slimiest of the "Deal sites" I've dealt with.
I saw a "deal" a month ago for a arm band for a iphone/pod double checked it fit my 3GS, and ordered it (12 bucks).
So 4+ weeks later (wow), some plain white envelope shows up with the armband in it. That's it.
There is nowhere to fit an iPhone into it (without doing some serious modifications), it will fit a 2nd Gen Ipod Nano though.
Ok, no problem, I call them up, and they give me some BS that I have to deal with the seller, they've given the money blah blah blah...
Ok, so I go to the vendors website, get the number to call them , i get the VM of an Asian speaking broken English , and of course the mailbox is full. So I send them an email, still no response 4 days later.
Call them up, rinse repeat, deal with the vendor, not our problem.
Dealfind have been known to sell "fraudulent" products, they're the ones that sold that dirt cheap Android Tablet (that isn't worth the plastic it's made of), but if you google around, see that the vendor can't fulfil the deals (and has launched another) and they again point you to the vendor (washing their hands of it).
They also delete all negative comments (some BS about contractual obligations) about a product.
Wagjag on the other hand is completely professional. There was deal for flowers for Mothers Day. I ordered , placed the order with the vendor (long before the cut off date). I waited till Wed on Mothers day, nothing showed up. I call them up, the refunded my money. The flowers showed up 3 weeks after Mothers day!!!
No, I didn't. Honest... I ran out of gas. I... I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake.......

Yeah that's it, the one I got has no way to fit an iphone in it.
A fool and his money are soon partying

If you used your cc call up your cc company and dispute the charge.
I'd do it on principle. I just called visa cause I was shorted $4 on a refund and got the money back.
Nothing to dispute, I have the goods , they delivered, it's just not as described.

even if it was "as described" . . . you paid too much.

Maybe it's just me, but there is something very 'off' about that photo. It looks to me like they just shooped an iPhone onto some random stock photo they found on Google.
I found the company, the operate out of a house in Thornill, using Teksavvy as their Internet provider.
