Quick question.... I've watched the pilot and didn't like it too much (Myka's acting put me off the most,) and then I've just switched to Eureka, which I really like. Does Warehouse 13 get significantly better later on, or is it similar to the pilot for the most part? |

| If you don't like the the actress that plays Myka, this show might not be for you. Both main characters aren't my favorite but the show itself (plots, etc) get better over time, especially once Claudia becomes part of the show.

Myka's character does change a bit from the pilot. If I remember correctly, she's a bit uptight and acted like she didn't want to be there at first, but now she's a lot like Pete, just having fun with it. And her and Pete play off each other pretty well. To me the show seems a lot less "heavy" than it was in the beginning.
But if you don't like the actress, you probably won't like the show. Her and Pete are the focus of almost every episode.

I adore Claudia, Allison Scagliotti who might potentially become a backup caretaker for the Warehouse! Geek techsavvy womens are teh hawt!
As for Myka, Joanne Kelly a Canadian actress from Newfoundland, for the longest time I thought it was 'Legend of the Seeker' Actress Bridget Regan (Kahlan Amnell), I must've been blind because obviously side by side they're very different people.

Did you see Myka's wardrobe malfunction? I don't know if it was intentionally done, but her shirt turned transparent in a few scenes on last weeks show.
You could see her black bra, very clearly through her shirt.
I guess who ever did wardrobe didn't consider that some shirts allow the bright camera lights to make them transparent. Then again, the editors left the scenes in the show.
It's not a big deal, but I feel it "cheapens" the show if this is intentional.
It makes taking the character of Myka seriously a tad difficult, if she is going around with tops like this.
I thought Warehouse 13 was a serious sci-fi show with a slant of comedy, not whoredom.

I am actually on Season 4 of that now on Netflix... Globial Dynamics is a serious OSHA failure zone.
debating on if I should VOD, Warehouse 13 as I already did seasons 1-3 on Netflix or just wait for 4 on Netflix.

Looks like that will be ep 11 for season 4 in April, not the start of season 5. There may even be 1 or 2 episodes after that for season 4 as SyFy originally ordered 13 eps for season 4 (which has also been the case for previous seasons though they haven't always aired all of them...)

| I was wondering about that. Some of the promos said "Summer Finale" for the next episode, leading me to believe that there are more episodes in this 4th season.
The more Warehouse 13 the better, but I hate having to wait months for the continuation of a cliffhanger on a cable show.
