Looks like wanner bros is placing false copyright claims on all the Gangster Squad trailers

A copyright holder wants its material removed from YouTube.

Under the DMCA, YouTube is required to remove first, ask later. Therefore, it is removed.

Is the use of this material covered by Fair Use? No. Not in this case. Therefore, it remains removed.

Not seeing how it's a false claim.
