avoid Acanac if you plan to move

As a majority of the posts about Acanac have stated, their customer service sucks. To add another experience, I have been without Internet service for two weeks due to a move. I did email them (because you cannot get service on the phone any time of day) a few weeks ahead of time and they answered, asking for some information. I provided all of the info they asked for and got an email back a few days before my move asking for a lot of the same information again.

After my move I emailed again and was told that the earliest they could connect me was a week from that day.

The day they told me I would be connected has come and gone - still no internet.

Any time I phone I get a message that the wait time is over 1 hour and my call will be terminated. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day I call, or what day of the week.

Avoid if you want any reasonable customer service.

Can you pm me with your user name or email on your account so I can look into this for you?
