Book Binding Services

So I am wondering if any one can recommend a place to get book binding done. What I essentially have is about 100 pages of paper I want in a hard cover binding as if it was a book.

I have tried Staples and FedEx/Kinkos Office but none of them can do it. Staples just has one and its only for 8 1/2x11 paper (I have 5 1/2 by 8 1/2) and FedEx could only do either a catalog style.

So if any one has any recommendations of such a place, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

You could make one yourself. It's rather easy.
Or, check with a local printing company. If they don't do it "in-house", they can refer you to someone who can.
