I receive pretty decent rssi and HDR-rssi numbers but the pings are in the 100 to 200 ms range and .3 mbps range. This is with EVDO would switching to lTE help with speed?

LTE is many, many times faster than EVDO

It's LTE, and yes it's faster its backhaul is run off fiber. verizon says you'll get 5-12 down/ 2-5 up. But i easy get 20 plus.
