Had it 2 years it's painful. System crashes, new modems, three service visits and still can't play a game or load a page completely. I just sent a email refusing to pay my bill until this thing works even 50% of the time. I have had bills as high as $190.00. This Jokenet is just that a joke. Stay with dial-up for $14.95/mo. At least you know what your getting.
