I have two ceton tuners 1 usb and 1 PCIe. They work great, but I have this error message that shows up in the diag screen for the devices.
CableCARD has not received CP Auth.
Call your cable company to verify the information is entered correctly for this CableCARD and have them resend the signals.
This error is showing on both tuners. I did call WOW and they say everything is good and there side, error messages just bug me!

| Make sure that the MAC addresses that they've got on file are correct. You may need to have them de-authorize the cards, and start over, as they tends to help peeps.
On the other hand, Dan will probably be able to square you away, but he'll need your phone or account number, and the serials from the cards. Of course, since it's working, you could just ignore it too! |
