Make sure that the MAC addresses that they've got on file are correct. You may need to have them de-authorize the cards, and start over, as they tends to help peeps.
On the other hand, Dan will probably be able to square you away, but he'll need your phone or account number, and the serials from the cards. Of course, since it's working, you could just ignore it too!
