[TWC] DFW: Different support tiers and when to request A poster in another thread advised a user to bump up to their problem to Tier 3 support. How easy is it to get to Tier 3 support if Tier 1 does not solve an issue? Does one merely ask the first person to bump it up, and is there usually a hassle about that, or is it easy to reach Tier 3? Are there situations in which one should ask for Tier 2 before appealing to Tier 3?
If someone could explain these levels and the logistics of reaching them that would be helpful. Thanks!
