It's just that I've never seen a repair take so long. Also I've talked to reps that have told me that basically there's nothing wrong with my connection and that there was nothing posted on my problem, and that got to me.
I can honestly see how that would be beyond frustrating. As I am not personally familiar with your situation I do not want to throw anything out there. I am out of the office till Monday, I think I know which agent you are working with, so I will touch base with her then and see if we can dig up some more info . . .at least make some more noise.
