Re: [TWC] Question about avoiding TWC's WiFi service charge

I dont like all in one devices. I also have had the 6141 from Amazon since April and it works great. Get it while you can because it seems to go in and out of stock now and then. Not sure if it is available via normal retail channels yet is it?

@swbell.net
For any of you using an SB6141 with a separate router:
If I get a SB6141 and use my own router, does anything need to be done to configure the modem itself ? i.e., any bridging to be done (either by them or me), or will I be able to just simply plug my (configured) router in and go?
Thanks.

Like any modem only, on cable, there is no configuration, they are just a bridge.
