For the past few days on all of my machines, been getting slightly above 10 megs.. not the advertised 50 megs. Is there anything I can do to my PC to fix this before calling? The upspeed is just fine, but the down leaves something to be desired
Tried direct connection? just connect the winXP to the cable modem and rerun the test speed and disconnect the cable modem then connect the win7 to the cable modem once again and do the test speed and post your two results in here.
