| I did call CV - two days ago. That was after seeing that Optimum is owned by CV. The CV person took my information down but never called me back. I'm still hoping they change the geoblocking within the USA. |

I've talked to the cable people, local and on the 1877 customer service line and was referred to the internet tech people. They tell me that Optimum West decided they didn't have the technical abilities to offer this...they are sorry but they can't get me access. I upgraded my cable package just to get the live streaming on NBCOlympics. Really unfair. |

| After having multiple tech people tell me there was no way for the to get us access t NBCOlympics, someone called me from Optimum to tell me the issue s fixed and now we can watch NBCOlympics. I logged in and it worked. |

| I have called Optimum and they said it was a problem they are working on and there was nothing they can do. I am still trying to log and getting the same "contact system administrator" crap as I have been getting all this time. |
