What happened to HOSTS-FILE.NET

Hi,

In the last few days, hosts-file.net is no longer available.

It is not available from my ISP, it is not available from the PCs at my local library, and opendns reports it as 127.0.0.1 localhost.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

Well... for whatever reason my HOSTS file is blocking access to HOSTS-FILE.NET.

It is not just OpenDNS that resolves hosts-file.net to 127.0.0.1:

Don't know if setting the A record to 127.0.0.1 is part of the reported DDoS attack or if it is part of the attempt to thwart the attack, but the end result is the same; the site is effectively off-line.
