Re: [page error] 503 eror. I think I know what's causing the issue, but I'm surprised it's not failing for everyone. NGINX doesn't like apostrophes in the URL, and your filename has one.
Try this, I took out the character:
 New_York_Cit···.pps.zip 6026573 bytes
