Irwin, PA For those that have Ultra. I did until this morning. I had been consistently getting around 33/7 for months on various speed tests. For the last week or so I rebooted the modem at least daily without change. Called this morning and downgraded(upgraded) to Blast, modem rebooted and I was instantly getting ~50/10  . Saved roughly $4/mo. too.
If you have Ultra and ppl in/near your location are on Blast etc. and seeing speed upgrades, I would recommend you call and change plans. More speed, less $$$ = no brainer  .
