When did "Gaiam TV" (I never heard of it) arrive on the scene as a "Premium" service? My wife says all the "free" VOD instructional pilates programs she used to watch have suddenly become "free with subscription" and require a $7.99 monthly subscription fee. Is Gaiam TV something altogether new or was that content previously included at no extra charge as my wife is suggesting?
