xistove Premium join:2009-06-06	Same issue in South Carolina. That said, I also had a claimed service area outage. With that in mind (in addition to that said!), I have been trying to pay since the bill date in mid-July with no joy. Just a hanging loading screen before a time out. Finally handled it yesterday, but even then after a long load time. I'm a 14.4k veteran, I know long load times.
