| trying to fix a 5667 modem. Help hello
I own an Efficient Speedstream 5667 modem.
It doesn't work. Lights 'pwr', 'enet' and 'usb' remain permanently on and lights 'act' and 'dsl' remain off.
I've tried to access the device via RS232 port (console, with Hyperterminal) and via ethernet (hhtp), but I cannot enter.
There appears no to be response at all.
A reset by means of its rear button doesn't seem to work either.
¿Can someone help me to access or fix the modem?

I'm not sure if this is my case. The router's leds dont flash or blinck, instead, 'enet' and 'usb' remain permanently on.
I have a doubt yet, How can I update the firmware if I am unable to access the router, as with ethernet as with console cable?
