"The riot gear will be worn by Federal Protective Service agents who are tasked with protecting property, grounds and buildings owned by the federal government." The grounds and buildings, the empty and unused ones, will take up all the time and $$ spent. The drones will be kept more than busy. There are enough of those waste areas for all of us, the US of A, not to have to worry. Relax.
