[Internet] I recently installed Fibe15/10

my fibe15/10 disconnects more that 10 times during a day. Every disconnection last about a few minutes. Do yours does same thing as mine?

No, it has a good uptime for me.

I just went through retention and he threw in an extra $25GB capacity for free ($5 value.. woot! )

Call Bell and they will do a line test for you.

Same thing happened with my FibeTV/Internet service and they sent a technician to fix the problem at the curb

I've had the same thing for two years now. I've just lived with it.

I've gotten bell to come in, change lines, look at it, even went through four routers.

Nothing changes.

My FIBE 50/50 has been up since the installation day, which was Nov 29th 2011. No loss of service excepted when we had a power outage the other day. It is as reliable as you can get.

Because it's FTTH, whereas 15/10 is FTTN. Different last-mile technologies, each with their own unique set of problems.
