I would report this to Verizon. If the guide data isn't in the STB memory for days beyound those that are showing, it should download more data to about 10 days worth. It sounds like you've done everything you should try.

Call in to Customer Support. You've done all the troubleshooting you can do on your end short of rebooting the ONT.

I was told that 3 days of guide data is normal but it always was 10 days from what I remember, I think I got a rep who didn't know what they were talking about.

4 days download at boot time, but it should download the other 6 10 after that.

Edit -- changed 6 to 10 days, as it should download 14 total days.

I can usually see 14 days (today plus 13 more). Usually has to download when you scroll out past 10 days or so.
