Go to speedtest.net, go to the Chicago, IL dot and choose the servercentral site. Let me know what your upload, download and ping are from there. Also try it on the PS3, i don't know if speedtest.net works on the ps3 browser but if it does try it using the same server and see what happens.

Speedtest results: 5x's on my laptop. It will not run on the PS3

Also Should the PS3 DNS settings be set to the ISp DNS servers or default to my Routers DNS Servers which are ISP DNS SERVERS?
