jin I know the feeling. I noticed slow speeds last Nov.(2011). May 30th 2012 I was told it would be fixed 6-15-12, didn't happen. June 25th I was told it would be fixed 7-13-25, didn't happen. July 25th I was told it will be 9-28-12 before it's fixed. How can they come up with dates of repair and not be accurate? That makes me think they are just BSing to keep you as a customer till you finally change service(for those with that option). I do have another option but really hate to change because of all the hassle of running new wiring. Maybe this fall when I have more time.......

Shoot me a PM with your home phone number, I may not be able to speed the process up but I will at least be able to tell you what specifically is going on. I usually can also give you a pretty good idea if everything will be on time, based on what the engineers are doing to correct the situation.

I agree, If I had another option I would have switched long ago.
I'll wait wait until after 8/24/12, but I'm getting tired of waiting.

I got a hold of one of the engineers that have worked on your project. Currently they are shooting to have everything resolved by the end of September. Considering the amount of work involved with the job effecting you, and the other jobs being worked on I would believe it would probably be safer to assume end of October or early November. I understand it is not the best news . . .but it is how I see it playing out all factors included.
