[DSL] DSL 16/1 With Bell - Montreal QC
Hello everyone, my name is Charles and I am new to this website and message board. I found out about it by doing a research on the DSL connections and their different speeds.
Recently, we switched our ISP from Bell to Teksavvy.
The speed that we are getting are not the same to what we have paid for and I was wondering what might be the cause of this problem. We talked with the Customer Service and they explained to me that there was still a "ticket" open relating to Bell that needs to be done and it has been 3 days we didn't get any updates.
We are currently downloading at ~500kbps.
The modem is : Thomson Speedtouch ST516 v6.
If anyone have an idea about this case then feel free to post. I am willing to get any positive advices.
