I still have that warm fuzzy feeling, and it appears the ping count was lower and a snappier internet experience, and this was before the whole "speed increase" that was rolled out.
My questions to you are, what results are we supposed be seeing?
Seems somewhat laggier to me, to be honest and I've been seeing some strange things from ShaperProbe as well (upstream down to ~700kbps in a couple of instances). Cable lines around here are trash so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised.
