I had to laugh at there outages site. How can we tell what seems to be the problem if we don't have the service do get to that site. Also the outages page could use more detail explaining the problems.
Or the phone service for example, if the customer doesn't have a cell phone to call it in, how could they contact Cogeco?
And another thing, it seems very strange that this is about the 3rd Friday in a row that Cogeco seems to go out.
