| [IL] no service okay had come home to find internets not working.. have yellow ! as a network symbol blinking amber link light and the rest are solid green.. rebooted modem and it sync's.
is it maintenance outage someone hit something some config gone a-rye..
would like answers.
now im tethered with my samsung captivate..
services with ultra has been somewhat lacking as i downloaded a few things like game updates and such the past few days at less then promised speeds. just too throw numbers out there no better then 600kbs at best off funcoms servers..
newgroups on newshosting.net, giganews and astraweb 3000kbs maxed seems like the system goes into a throttle mode till its demanding more speed but youtube says loading in mid video and ticks 1% alot.. |

I am looking at your modem and currently showing that it is online, but there is no IP address. Are you going through a wireless router? If so, can you plug your modem directly into your computer and let me know what you get? |

i had no access till i made a new connection..then chad got it working and updated the config and all seems to be back online. |
