For the past 1 week or so my internet is spiking pretty hard during afternoons and evenings. Its not me alone as people also complained on rogers forums. Anyone got any idea what is this all about? Did they oversell their nodes once again? I live in North York btw
reply to nos Pings aren't high by any means, but my speeds are super slow.
This is one of the best results I've had in the past week. Previous averages were about 3mb/s
this is typical for what I have been getting over the past week.
Calling rogers has been no help, even after humoring them and jumping through the hoops resetting modems, firewalls, bypassing and connecting directly to the modem etc... Still they claim everything is fine.
This is Kanata ON. Anyone know if there is something upstream that is the issue? they claim they have no reports of network issues.
