I would think that the UltraTV documentation, available on WOW's web site, would outline everything UltraTV can do.

I suspect actual users might have to say about what apps beyond Flickr are available.

You need to run a DLNA server on your pc that can do youtube. Then its possible.

PlayOn was the most useful. It does work, but it cannot do HD, because of the computing power needed to transcode HD in real-time.
