 | [Sci-Fi] Touch Anybody been watching this?
Gotta admit, I had to push myself to watch this show all the way through. It's really slow and doesn't really grab me, and seems like a very repetitive story-line throughout every episode.; however, later on in the season a larger picture starts to develop and by the end of the season, all the individual episodes throughout the entire season converge and all come together at the end, opening up a larger plot. Very intricately done, and if you have the patience to get through the first season, it definitely imprinted itself on to me. -- "I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use." - Galileo |

 | reply to Alpha Phoenix I enjoyed Touch... it was fun to watch how they linked everything together -- Humanity - The greatest natural disaster of all time. |

 | Same here. Been seeing the show from the beginning and have been enjoying it a lot. It's not sci-fi so if any of you were expecting something supernatural or the like you have been barking up the wrong tree. |

 | It is kinda Sci-Fi actually. The whole 36 Righteous Ones from the Kabbalah aspect, and feeling the pain of the Universe, does kind of put it in that vein. Not overtly Sci-Fi like Heroes or anything like that, but still, Sci-Fi nonetheless. -- "I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use." - Galileo |

| reply to Alpha Phoenix I loved the pilot episode and the last few episodes of season 1. Everything in between was kind of boring to me. It was just some guy constantly calling out for his kid on a busy Manhattan street and then getting into some kind of trouble. And there always seemed to be some kind of weird Serendipity-like love story in there somewhere that was sappy as hell. -- "Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin to slit throats." - H. They probably didn't want to cancel a Jack Bauer show. |
